- Y&Y Brand, Red Rice, Long Grain - Whole Grain, Product Of Thailand
- Mr. Goudas Chick Peas (28oz/796ml can)
- Yellow Sweet Pepper (a small one)
- Orange Sweet Pepper (a small one)
- Cherry/Grape Tomatoes (~275ml,1/2pint)
- Silani Brand Feta Cheese (Light) M.F. 15%, Moisture 60%, 200g
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice from Concentrate

Actions:

- Cook 3 scoops (150ml,2/3cup)x3 of rice in a rice cooker
- When it's done fluff it in a cool place (preferably with a breeze)
- Open and thouroughly rince the 28oz/796ml can of chickpeas
- Rinse and chop (into ~2cm squares) the yellow and orange peppers
- Rince and chop (into halves) some cherry tomatoes
- Drain and chop (into ~1cm squares) about 100g of feta
- In a small tupperware combine 2 minced cloves of garlic, ~1/4cup olive oid, 1/4cup lemon juice
- Stir it, with a fork, then close the lid and shake vigourously
- Combine everything in a large bowl
- Serve
