Tribal Worker shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of this service.

Tribal Worker shall have the right to block any user from this service without notice or justification.

Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability. The user agrees that use of this service is at the user's sole risk. Neither Tribal Worker, nor any affiliate warrant uninterrupted or error free service; nor do they warrant the accuracy or reliability of any content; nor do they warrant any product acquired through this service. This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.
